GoHM 2026

1. General Terms

By registering or purchasing a ticket for GoHM 2026 through this page, participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms & conditions.

2. Registration & Participant Data

Participants must provide accurate and complete personal information (name, contact, and other requested data). Any errors resulting from participant negligence are the sole responsibility of the participant. One National Identity Number (NIK) cannot be used to register more than once for the same race category.

3. Payment

Registration is considered valid once payment is received and verified by the system. Admin/transaction fees follow the payment method chosen and are borne by the participant.

4. Race Pack & BIB Number

Race packs are collected in person by the registered participant by presenting identification & proof of registration, or may be delegated via the "Racepack Power of Attorney" menu in the Help section of the footer. A BIB number can be requested via the "Request BIB Number" menu in the Help section of the footer once the registration status is Paid; if not requested by the specified deadline, the system will automatically generate a BIB number for the participant.

5. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refunds

Completed and paid registrations cannot be cancelled, are not eligible for a refund, and the race category cannot be transferred to another participant. Please make sure the race category and participant data are correct before completing payment.

6. Force Majeure

The organizer is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters and government policy.

7. Changes to These Terms

The organizer reserves the right to change these terms & conditions at any time. Changes take effect once published on this page.

GoHM 2026 is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how your personal data is collected, used, and protected during registration & payment, which is processed through the Moratix system.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide when registering for an event, including but not limited to: Full Name, Email Address, WhatsApp Number, Home Address, and Identity Number (for event insurance purposes).

2. Use of Information

Your data is used for the following purposes:

• Processing event registration and payment.
• Sending registration confirmation, e-tickets, and event-related notifications.
• Participant insurance purposes.
• Providing information about other interesting events in the future (optional).

3. Data Security

We implement technical and organizational security standards to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. We use encryption protocols when transmitting sensitive data.

4. Sharing Information with Third Parties

We only share your data with the Event Organizer of the event you are attending, for event operational purposes. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes without your consent.

5. Cookies

Our platform uses cookies to improve user experience, remember login session preferences, and analyze website traffic to develop better features.

6. Policy Changes

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be indicated by an updated date on this page.

GoHM 2026 is organized by Dinas Pariwisata, EKRAF, Pemuda, dan Olahraga (Pemerintah Provinsi Gorontalo). Moratix acts as the online registration & payment system provider, not the event organizer. The following policies cover race-day matters participants should know.

1. Event Organizer

GoHM 2026 is organized by Dinas Pariwisata, EKRAF, Pemuda, dan Olahraga (Pemerintah Provinsi Gorontalo), who is fully responsible for the event, including the route, schedule, race pack, and all benefits participants receive as stated on this page.

2. Accuracy of Event Information

The organizer is responsible for the accuracy of the information published on this page, including race categories, ticket prices, route, and schedule. Any changes will be announced through this page or GoHM 2026's official channels.

3. Schedule Changes, Postponement, or Cancellation by the Organizer

If GoHM 2026 is rescheduled, postponed, or cancelled by the organizer (not at the participant's request), the organizer will announce further policy regarding existing registrations through GoHM 2026's official channels.

4. Race Pack & BIB Number

6. Violations & Disqualification

The organizer reserves the right to refuse a race pack, disqualify, or revoke the rights of any participant found to have provided false registration data, transferred a BIB number without authorization, or violated race-day rules.
